★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 17/05/2017 ho acquistato la terza COLNAGO ( COLNAGO ARTE - COLNAGO CX1-EVO CARBO DI2 ) . Telaio della V1R assemblato dal mio meccanico di fiducia BICI SPORT DI MATTANA di Cividale Ud . Subito dopo l'acquisto problemi al reggisella che non regge ( svivola nel tubo orizzontale stringendo a 5Nm e 6Nm). ORA SONO 20GG senza bici perchè inviato alla COLNAGO per capire il problema . MHA!!!!!!Azienda poco seria ed nessuna attenzione al cliente !!!
On 17/05/2017 I purchased the third COLNAGO (COLNAGO ARTE - COLNAGO CX1-EVO CARBO DI2). V1R chassis assembled by my trusted mechanic BICI SPORT DI MATTANA from Cividale Ud. Immediately after purchase, problems with the seatpost that does not hold (slips into the horizontal tube tightening at 5Nm and 6Nm). NOW I am 20 days without a bike because sent to COLNAGO to understand the problem. MHA !!!!!! Serious company and no customer attention !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso una C60 dopo averne avuta una in prova. È semplicemente un altro mondo, 90 secondi ogni 10km sullo stesso percorso a distanza di una settimana.
Appena spingi il pedale senti che è diverso dal solito.
Parlando con loro ho scoperto che fabbricano i telai più resistenti sul mercato, carico di rottura 5 volte rispetto agli standard minimi di mercato, pochissimi arrivano a 3/3,5 tanti a 2.
Da comprare e basta
I took a C60 after having one on trial. It's just another world, 90 seconds every 10km on the same distance a week away.
As soon as you push the pedal, you feel that it is different from the usual one.
Talking to them I discovered that they manufacture the most resistant frames on the market, breaking load 5 times compared to the minimum market standards, very few reach 3 / 3.5 many to 2.
Just buy

Badest Customer Service i ever had.
Ordered an Bike 4 Months ago, after 4 Months of waiting they said the frame will not longer be build.
So what did they 4 Months long?
Why did it took 4 Months to know that the Frame is cancelled?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! Not worth it. Buy something else, there are enough alternatives for good bikes ...
Bought a C60 on 18th of January 2018, price around 10.000 Euro (!). 6 weeks later my dealer told me that Colnago told him that the C60 is not available anymore. Great! Why was my dealer able to order a C60? So, moved over to the new C64 - delivery planned for end of April 2018 latest. May 2018: Colnago told my dealer that the bike still isn't ready as it's currently being painted. 3 weeks later: Colnago told my dealer that there are more problems with the delivery of my bike. No new delivery date could be given. What happened to my frame which was being painted in May?
People from Colnago: I ordered my bike in January, now in mid-June you are still unable to give me a firm date for the delivery?! The season is over in a few months. This is not a 1000 Euro bike, this is a 10000 Euro bike - and your customer service is ridicoulosly bad. When I buy a 'Porsche' I expect a high-end customer service. Maybe you don't need me as a customer. That's fine with me.
June 11 2018: I told my dealer that I'm not going to buy the C64 anymore.
