Un piumino da donna da 385 euro mica briciole, arriva fallato con la cerniera inutilizzabile. Giorno successivo chiedo il reso e il rimborso e i geni della colmar mi dicono che devo mandare foto e video del problema al loro servizio controllo qualità. Assurdo se il controllo qualità fosse fatto prima di spedire i capi questi problemi non ci sarebbero. Vergognoso. Ho dovuto perdere tempo per dimostrare che il loro piumino e stato fatto col c..o e adesso devo aspettare i loro comodi per riavere indietro i miei soldi e restituire sta ciofeca di piumino. Mai più. Sconsiglio vivamente I am writing this review for a purchase made directly from the colmar site. A woman's down jacket from 385 euros not crumbs, arrives flawed with the zipper unusable. Next day I ask for a return and a refund and the colmar geniuses tell me that I have to send photos and videos of the problem to their quality control department. Absurd if the quality control was done before shipping the garments these problems would not exist. Shameful. I had to waste time to prove that their duvet was made with the c..o and now I have to wait for their comforts to get my money back and return this ciofeca of duvet. Never again. I strongly advise against

Acquisto un piumino da uomo in saldo. L'articolo è disponibile, pago con carta di credito e ricevo conferma d'ordine dicendo che in 3-5gg al massimo avrei ricevuto il capo. Non segue più nessuna comunicazione da parte del venditore rispetto al tracking del corriere. Servizio clienti scadente e ridicolo: Chiamo diverse volte, perchè il form di contatto email nel sito non funziona, il Customer mi da risposte non risolutive dicendo di non sapere dove fosse il piumino. Ad oggi sono passati 10 gg dall'acquisto, non ho ricevuto l'articolo ordinato e neanche hanno attivato la procedura di rimborso della cifra cospicua pagata.
