★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno organizzato un corso abilitante in acustica prendendo in giro i partecipanti, dalla preiscrizione fino alle fine del corso, dicendo di far pagare una quota ridotta in quanto i partecipanti sarebbero stati parecchi ma solo al primo giorno hanno comunicato di dover pagare la quota per intero (2000 € quasi contro i 1300€ che pubblicizzavano). Il corso comprendeva anche delle lezioni e-learning dove in realtà hanno mandato solo delle slide e quando gli si fa la domanda "ma non comprende nessun video dove si spiega?" la segretaria con tanto di arroganza risponde "ci sono le slide, scaricatele e studia". Giusto per continuare con le promesse fatte e non mantenute, come tutti i geometri sanno, per i corsi abilitanti e di aggiornamento la cassa geometri prevede un rimborso; questo è stato l'unico corso dove solo alla fine hanno comunicato verbalmente che non ci sarebbe stato nessun rimborso!!! Come ciliegina sulla torta, non hanno avuto nemmeno la cortezza di mandare l'attestato per posta in originale, come avevano comunicato all'esame, ma inviato via e.mail.
Succo del discorso, uno fa presente in forma scritta tutte queste problematiche e non rispondono nemmeno, anzi dopo tante segnalazioni il Presidente scrive in poche parole che non devo stare più a rompere......
They organized an acoustics qualifying course by making fun of the participants, from pre-enrollment until the end of the course, saying to charge a reduced fee as the participants would have been several but only on the first day they reported having to pay the full fee ( € 2000 almost against the € 1300 they advertised). The course also included e-learning lessons where in reality they only sent slides and when asked the question "but does not include any video where is it explained?" the secretary with a lot of arrogance answers "there are slides, download them and study". Just to continue with the promises made and not kept, as all the surveyors know, for the qualifying courses and the refresher courses the insurance fund provides a reimbursement; this was the only course where they only verbally communicated that there would be no refund !!! As icing on the cake, they didn't even have the courage to send the certificate by original mail, as they had communicated to the exam, but sent via e-mail.
Juice of the speech, one presents in writing all these problems and does not even answer, indeed after many reports the President writes in a few words that I do not have to break anymore ......
