★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiamato telefonicamente questa azienda per una richiesta un po particolare e la cosa che ci ha sbalordito Andrea, prima di darci delle informazioni errate ha voluto fare un sopra luogo per capire meglio cosa proporci e dopo circa mezzora era da noi.
Dopo esserci fatto una chiaccherata e capire le nostre esigenze "altri concorrenti avrebbero subito cercato di fare la vendita" ha voluto fare una prova portando da noi in sede il giorno successivo la macchina che avremmo dovuto comprare per fare un test.
Credo che al giorno d'oggi questa professionalità nella conoscenza dei prodotti ma anche la disponibilità con interagire con il cliente debba essere segnalata in quanto non so quante aziende si sarebbero comportati così.

We called this company by phone for a somewhat particular request and the thing that astounded us Andrea, before giving us incorrect information, he wanted to make an above site to better understand what to offer and after about half an hour he was with us.
After having a chat and understanding our needs, "other competitors would have immediately tried to make the sale", he wanted to give it a try, bringing the machine that we were supposed to buy to do a test the next day.
I believe that nowadays this professionalism in the knowledge of the products but also the willingness to interact with the customer should be reported as I do not know how many companies would have behaved like this.
