Nunca vimos este B&B ya que horas antes de llegar no había disponibilidad cuando ya habíamos hecho una reserva. Nos dió la dirección de otro B&B. Hizo el pago la persona responsable de este sitio y cedió todos nuestros datos personales. No reservéis aquí ni por expedia, que a pesar de poner quejas tampoco se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros. The contact person, a month later, continues to charge the card. We never saw this B&B as hours before arriving there was no availability when we had already made a reservation. He gave us the address of another B&B. The person responsible for this site made the payment and gave all our personal data. Do not book here or through expedia, which despite making complaints has not contacted us.
A	A Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it less if I could. We got scammed $1,100 + dollars to my credit card and they tried to continue to scam us further. We purchased my on card and got charged the correct amount, then they charged the same amount again ($275)x2. Then the following day they more then doubled the amount and charged us ($632). I didn't catch on because I didn't check my account online for about 4 days. Once I did, I claimed fraud, the 3rd transaction came from some other company so they already sold or gave away my information as quick as possible. To make things worse we re-booked a different way thinking there was a glitch somewhere, they actually called us on Whats app asking for our credit card info to hold for any future damages. Expedia specifically says to not give out that info. There response was that we can not check into our room without giving them our credit info and they told us they gave away our room when we landed in Rome. I gave them then finger and had to find another place to rent which also sucked but thats a different story. ++This place is a TOTAL scam, DO NOT BOOK HERE EVER AND PLEASE SHARE.
d	da kuang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met the same situation and do not book this place. I got scammed 1,000 euro (250 euro x4) to my credit card. I tried to contact them and was blocked by whatsup or cell phone. I booked this place on Expedia. Then I received the email asking for my credit card information for the deposit and would return to me on the day of check-out. I refused to provide any credit card information through email. They replied that they don't have the reception and I need to self check-in. Three days before the check-in, I received the email and was told that they could not accept my upcoming reservation without my deposit. I had no choice but to provide the credit card information in phone. The next day, I received the email from Expedia and was told that they did not cooperate with this hotel and Expedia rebooked another hotel for me. Then I called the hotel and they promised to return my deposits. The next day, I checked my credit card and found I was charged twice 250 euro by the merchant named B&B Hotel Togliatti. I called the Cola Di Rienzo again and they told me they made mistakes and promised to return the two depsoits to me. But the next morning, I found I was charged another two 250 euro deposits by the merchant named B&B Hotel Togliatti. And no one answered my call or email anymore, they even deleted me from the whatsup.
