La prima volta c'era la segreteria in orario di apertura, la seconda volta mi hanno detto di mandare anche una email con tutti i dati per "ufficializzare" la richiesta! L'ho fatto ormai 2 settimane fa e mai più visti né sentiti.
I phoned twice for a pest control request. The first time there was the secretariat during opening hours, the second time they told me to also send an email with all the data to "formalize" the request! I did it now 2 weeks ago and never seen or heard of it.
