what a difference to our travel experience it made to this beautiful island.
thanks to the insightful advice of Alberto our contact at this agency, we were able to explore unique sites and gain access to beautiful villas and beaches. the children loved the granita recommendations and I the cooking clases and market tours. Having someone onsite to contact was indispensable and the Cognoscenti team were always availble to take care of us even with last minute dinner requests and excursions.
i highliy recomment Cognoscenti for their fabulous and thoughtful Sicilian experience itineraries and recommendations. Grazie mille and hope to come back again soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an absolutely incredible trip with Cognoscenti. Alberto and his team showed us parts of Sicily that are rarely seen by tourists. We stayed in a stunning palazzo, went to the market with the Duchess to buy sumptuous produce that we cooked and ate with her and the Duke in her magnificent home. A truly special experience.
Our trip to the olive vineyards and and lunch in the courtyard of the villa while being serenaded by a local classical singer from the gallery was so special.
One of our most memorable days was our trip to Marsala, with a passionate tour guide, who's depth of knowledge was I'm confident unsurpassed. She, painted a vivid historical picture of the places we visited, which so enhanced our experience.
Every aspect of our trip incorporated impeccable service, but most importantly, a unique intimacy, which my wife and I have rarely experienced in previous trips.
