V	Valentino Cirasolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon giorno, Le problematiche riscontrate in poco più di 3 mesi non sono state sicuramente poche. - un vostro collega (FG847) mi ha offerto una tariffa che mi permettesse di rimanere col vecchio fornitore per gas e luce, ma con una tariffa più vantaggiosa. Dopo circa 1 mese scopro che sul gas sono passato a cogeser e su luce "forse" ad eon per un problema. Chiamo il vostro collega e non risponde. Bene. Scopro dopo ovviamente che "rimanere col vecchio fornitore" non fosse veritiero. - chiamo la sede centrale per chiarimenti e sgarbatamente mi dicono che sono in cogeser soltanto su gas e che riguardo luce non sanno niente. Quindi col vostro collega cos'è successo? Risposta: "non so che dirle". Ottimo Grazie per l'esperienza. I discover later of course that "staying with the old supplier" was not true. - I call the headquarters for clarification and rudely tell me that they are in cogeser only on gas and that they know nothing about light. Sono già cliente cogeser (fornitura gas l)da 7 anni nella casa attuale e sono circa 30 anni che i miei genitori lo sono...possiamo solo parlare bene. Per mia esperienza non capisco le recensioni negative che ho letto e mi dispiace. Un grande grande ringraziamento a DAVIDE che ha seguito la mia pratica in modo tempestivo. Fanno parte di una società di consulenza plurimandataria. Ho personalmente avuto la prova non appena sono stato contattato da un loro addetto, un tale Cristian, il quale mi ha proposto di passare a E-ON o a ENEL ENERGIA e che il mio contratto fosse in scadenza (l'offerta sottoscritta a prezzo variabile non ha scadenza!). Non credete alle loro telefonate, fate come me, chiamate il servizio clienti e informatevi bene. Ringrazio l'ufficio commerciale e l'ufficio clienti per la loro disponibilità ad ascoltare la mia problematica e a risolvere tempestivamente la questione. The door-to-door agents who have the name FG on the contract have nothing to do with Cogeser Energia. They are part of a multi-firm consultancy firm. I personally had the proof as soon as I was contacted by one of their employees, a certain Cristian, who proposed me to switch to E-ON or ENEL ENERGIA and that my contract was expiring (the offer signed at a variable price does not expires!). Don't believe their phone calls, do as I do, call customer service and find out well. I thank the sales department and the customer department for their willingness to listen to my problem and to resolve the matter promptly.

Personally I have never had any kind of problem with them. I have signed 3 contracts and when I call them they always answer my questions.
