Not a serious company at all. They do not take their responsibilities and pass the time so the warranty expires and you are left with the machine not working.

Abbiamo acquistato da loro più volte, eravamo clienti, abbiamo sempre pagato la merce in anticipo e, quando abbiamo dovuto annullare un'ordine, già pagato, perchè non ci garantivano l'arrivo della merce nei tempi, hanno emesso nota di accredito e poi sono spariti. Si negano al telefono, non rispondono alle mail e ovviamente non riusciamo a recuperare quanto ci sarebbe dovuto. Dopo quasi un anno sembra quanto assurdo e inqualificabile. Ditta per nulla seria....SCONSIGLIATISSIMA.
They honestly don't even deserve a star.
We bought from them several times, we were customers, we always paid for the goods in advance and, when we had to cancel an order, already paid, because they did not guarantee the arrival of the goods on time, they issued a credit note and then they are gone. They deny themselves on the phone, they don't reply to e-mails and obviously we can't recover what we owed. After almost a year it seems as absurd and unspeakable. Company not serious at all .... NOT RECOMMENDED.
