Sono stati necessari almeno 2 passaggi scritti soltanto per vanificare le risposte standard ricevute inizialmente, per nulla confacenti alla mia situazione. Rapporto interrotto dopo un'ultima risposta abbastanza interlocutoria e con il generico invito a seguire ipotetici ulteriori (!) sviluppi sul sito web dell'associazione. Fiducia mal riposta; da non rinnovare. Very disappointing experience: registered to raise a problem that is not only personal, managed instead by the association with extreme sufficiency, only via email and without the possibility of direct interaction, even only by telephone. At least 2 written steps were needed only to nullify the standard responses received initially, not at all suited to my situation. Relationship interrupted after a last rather interlocutory answer and with the generic invitation to follow hypothetical further (!) Developments on the association's website. Misplaced trust; not to be renewed.

Mi era stato assicurato dal personale che con la tessera base d’iscrizione e pochi euro in più avrebbero almeno mandato una raccomandata formale al meccanico, salvo poi dopo UN MESE che mi danno l’appuntamento con il loro avvocato mi chiedono 130euro per procedere! Menomale che sono una associazione consumatori dalla parte del cittadino! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Bad! I turned to them urgently because they were scammed by a mechanic! I was assured by the staff that with the basic registration card and a few euros more they would at least send a formal letter to the mechanic, except after ONE MONTH that they give me the appointment with their lawyer ask me for a euro to proceed! Thank goodness for being a consumer association on the citizen's side!
