★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dov’è il codacons ora che in Italia per lavorare ci fanno pagare 15 euro di tamponi!!! Quando il loro costo reale è pochi centesimi! Perché TUTTI GLI ALTRI PAESI LI FANNO PAGARE CENTESIMI O ADDIRITTURA LI PASSANO IN MANIERA GRATUITA E NOI ITALIANI DOBBIAMO PAGARLI 15 euro!!!!! Perché il codacons non ritiene di dover indagare su una cosa così grave come questa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!VERGOGNA!!!
 Where is the codacons now that in Italy they charge us 15 euros for tampons !!! When their real cost is pennies! Because ALL THE OTHER COUNTRIES MAKE THEM PAY CENTS OR EVEN SPEND THEM FOR FREE AND WE ITALIANS HAVE TO PAY THEM 15 euros !!!!! Because the codacons does not think it should investigate something as serious as this !!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver aspettato mesi per un consulto con un avvocato del Codacons in viale Abruzzi per contestare alcune multe, vengo trattato in maniera sbrigativa senza che si entri nel dettaglio della questione e salutato con la frase 'ha sbagliato, deve pagare'. Sono poi andato senza avvocato dal giudice di pace ed ho ottenuto l'annullamento delle multe.
After waiting months for a consultation with a Codacons lawyer in Viale Abruzzi to contest some fines, I am treated in a hasty manner without going into the details of the matter and greeted with the phrase 'he was wrong, he must pay'. I then went to the justice of the peace without a lawyer and got the fines canceled.

Per prima cosa ti chiedono i soldi per l'iscrizione per non avere nemmeno una consulenza... State lontani da questi personaggi!
A tragic experience. They boast an appointment with the lawyer only to let you talk to someone who has no competence.
First they ask you for the money to sign up for not even having a consultation ... Stay away from these characters!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incapaci di ottenere un risarcimento seppur minimo da Volkswagen hanno dato il meglio denunciando Lercio per un comunicato sul papa. La dice tutta sul perché i consumatori perdono sempre. Pieno di persone raccomandate e vecchi dirigenti incapaci. Evitate di chiedere il loro supporto
Unable to obtain even minimal compensation from Volkswagen, they gave their best by denouncing Lercio for a statement on the pope. It says it all about why consumers always lose. Full of recommended people and old clueless executives. Avoid asking for their support

Prov. di Pavia che mi ha dato torto per il pagamento IMU 2015 (è incostituzionale), il giorno dell'appuntamento l'avvocato non si presenta, chiamo mi sposta l'appuntamento a circa una settimana dopo, mi presento e l'avvocato non si fa vedere: l'ho chiamato e dopo una bella discussione voleva avere ragione lui per fortuna che c'era un testimone altrimenti...........chi me lo fa fare di fidarmi di questa associazione mi raccomando non cancellatela
A few months ago I contacted them to see if it was possible to appeal against the decision of the Comm. Trib. Prov. of Pavia who gave me wrong for the 2015 IMU payment (it is unconstitutional), on the day of the appointment the lawyer does not show up, I call, he moves the appointment to about a week later, I introduce myself and the lawyer does not appear see: I called him and after a good discussion he wanted to be right luckily there was a witness otherwise ........... who makes me do it trust this association please do not delete it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. They didn't respect our meeting, though they weren't busy at all. I waited for an hour. First of all they asked for a 60€ subscription illuding me that they could deal with my concern. When I started explaining my case the lawyer took several private phonecalls. 15 minutes later he told me there was nothing they could do about it, their advice was to get a private lawyer. Totally unpolite
