Ho chiamato per un appuntamento nonostante mi avesse dato un giorno stabilito e un orario a loro risulta che io non ho prenotato nulla dicendomi che le prenotazioni si prendono online e che ci vogliono €10 in anticipo inoltre la ragazza ha usato la scusa di essere straniera e di non capire bene l'italiano. Veramente un pessimo servizio di prenotazione. Sconsiglio veramente di prenotare da loro. Un consiglio per il futuro assicuratevi di far rispondere al telefono una persona italiana o perlopiù che lo parli bene.
I would like to put less than 1 but I can't. Little professionalism. I called for an appointment despite having given me a set day and a time to them it appears that I have not booked anything telling me that reservations are taken online and that it takes € 10 in advance also the girl used the excuse of being a foreigner and not to understand Italian well. Really bad booking service. I really don't recommend booking with them. A tip for the future make sure you get an Italian person or, for the most part, who speaks it well to answer the phone.
