β β β β β The only good thing about this place is the location and the fact that they have live music. The food is acceptable, though low quality with high prices, and their drinks are hit or miss. Some drinks are good, yet others taste disgustingly chemical. Go for the beach and the lively atmosphere, but don't expect to eat well if you're a foodie.

β β β β β Really not worth the price. Fried pizza was a joke...It was basically 10 pieces of fried dough and a little bit of nutella on top. Looked like a child cooked it.

β β β β β Good ambience, live music, cocktails were ok but staff was very mediocre. We wanted to order more drinks but they were too busy cleaning and chatting to each other and were not attentive with customers who were still sitting at tables. After waiting about 30min for one of them to come back to us we decided to leave. Not impressed with the service.

β β β β β Unfriendly to cyclists. If you come by bike and want to sit on the beach side, your bike is parked unattended. The staff does not allow you to park your bike on the beach side. Restaurants nearby have better conditions for bikers.

β β β β β If youβre not Italian, the service sucks. If youβre a local you get treated as a king.
I experienced this just last week. We a group of 8 sit down and wait. Nobody notices us. 15 20 minutes later an Italien speaking group, same size as us approx. enter,sit down and immediately three waiters are serving their table. After numerous waving and calling they reluctantly served us. The Italian speaking group were almost finished with their meal before we got ours.
This place I feel is not intended for tourists.
The food is good except for their Mexican dishes.
The take away counter they make you feel like a beggar. Customer friendly and courtesy to tourists which make the region thrive should be taken a little more seriously by the people who work here. If people donβt want to work in the tourist regions then the rude, arrogant attitude of the staff at Cocobongo should find other forms of occupation.

β β β β β Great restaurant on the beach, from grabbing a quick bite to having a whole meal this is the spot!
Th food was pricey but worth every penny! The mock tails were refreshing and the pasta, flabbergasting. Definitely reserve a table because its a packed house all the time ! the waiters were very kind. The view of the beach and the live DJ also made this experience a must visit restaurant when in Bibione.
