Ci conosciamo da qualche anno per motivi di lavoro, quindi mi sono fidata subito e le ho affidato il mio cane da toelettare, che ha la cute molto sensibile, tendente alle irritazioni. Vanessa è stata perfetta: attenta, paziente, competente e il mio cane è stato trattato benissimo ed è uscito perfetto! Inoltre, Vanessa, oltre ad essere una toelettatrice è anche un'educatrice cinofila, quindi sa perfettamente come approcciarsi ai cani, in modo da metterli a loro agio e fare loro passare un'esperienza positiva in toelettatura. La titolare è stata molto carina a non chiedere neanche un soldo visto che ha fatto prestissimo a rasarli. È una persona molto dolce e ci sa fare con gli animali. Consiglio vivamente di andarci.
With an appointment I took my five-year-old cat to “Coccole di Milly” to shave the knots that had formed between her rear legs. The owner was very nice not to ask for a penny since she was very quick to shave them. He is a very sweet person and knows how to deal with animals. I highly recommend going there.
