s	sonia La Macchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata in una situazione assurda...17:00, negozio appena aperto, entro e comincio a dare un'occhiata alla merce con l'intenzione di comprare un giubotto invernale da bambina...subito mi viene incontro il commesso: "cosa le.serve?" E io rispondo:" do un'occhiata e ti faccio sapere"( c'erano circa una decina di giubottini). Allora il commesso: "devi guardare la vetrina, lì c'é tutto...VAI VAI" allora, vado fuori ma nella vetrina ce ogni tipo di vestito tranne i giubotti invernali, cosí ritorno dentro...ma il commesso, costantemente al telefono mi fa di nuovo: "VAI VAI VAI FUORI guarda nella vetrina"...vado di nuovo fuori ma come giá scritto prima, non ci sono giubottini invernali...faccio per entrare di nuovo ma lui rimane sul ciglio della porta, sempre al telefono, quasi x non farmi entrare...allora io, essendo moltoooo educata, faccio capire a gesti (era al telefono ripeto) che non mi interessa niente ma lui risponde di nuovo : "VAI VAI VAI" come se ci conoscessimo da una vita...alla fine sono andata via...lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti! Commesso indescribile! I go out again but as already written before, there are no winter jackets ... I go to enter again but he remains on the edge of the door, always on the phone, almost x not to let me in ... then I, being veryooo polite, make it clear with gestures (he was on the phone I repeat) that I don't care but he replies again: "GO GO GO" as if we knew each other from a life ... in the end I went away ... I strongly advise against it at all! Indescribable salesman!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e c'è sempre la taglia che cerco, finalmente un negozio a gestione familiare gestito benissimo. C'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta!! Gli orari di apertura e chiusura sono sempre rispettati, mai una volta che abbiamo aspettato fuori al negozio (cosa che invece capita in altri negozi). Negozio sempre pulito e ordinato, sempre accoglienti e disponibili. Il punto di forza di Cocco di Mamma è che chi gestisce questa attività ama il suo lavoro e il rapporto con i clienti. Questo non è il negozio classico self-service freddo e distaccato (e aggiungerei incasinato). Huge assortment, always new and trendy. Excellent value for money and there is always the size I am looking for, finally a family-run shop run very well. You are spoiled for choice! The opening and closing times are always respected, never once we have waited outside the shop (which happens in other shops). Always clean and tidy, always welcoming and helpful. The strength of Cocco di Mamma is that those who manage this business love their work and the relationship with customers. This is not your classic cold and aloof (and I would add messed up) self-service shop.

Ieri ho fatto andare una mia amica per 2 giubbottini se erano disponibili e ha detto vicino alla mia amica “si sì falla venire abbiamo di tutto” ( parlo del TITOLARE UOMO) Io abitando fuori paese sono andata a prendere questi giubbottini e mi fa “no ho solo questo 1 giubbotto devi passare martedì”. Io volevo vedere qualcos altro ho due gemelli non volevo andarmene a mani vuote dato che mi sono fatta km per andare. Questo essere mi fa “ no adesso te ne devi andare sto sistemando la merce “ Sono andata via. Maltrattata Carissimo impara l’educazione prima di tutto, non sai nemmeno vendere, e lo sconsiglierò a chiunque di mettere piede da te. Cambia mestiere.
