★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fa schifo non risponde mai nessuno è come tutto il servizio Cotral! mezzi inefficienti, percorsi senza fermate, ambi di intenerari non segnalati alle fermate,orari che fanno schifo,e poi predendono anche il biglietto!
It sucks it never answers no one is like the whole Cotral service! means inefficient routes without stops, ambi of intenerari not reported at bus stops, schedules that are disgusting, and then also predendono the ticket!

Ma che ci sta a fare sta gente in ufficio se non sa dare spiegazioni a un utente pagante seppure rispondono scocciati che devono andare a mangiare e io invece non ho mangiato oggi x correre a riprendere mia figlia che e rimasta a scuola x la corsa non passata . Tutta quest'estate e passato puntuale e non c'era scuola adesso che c'è la scuola manca ....buoni soldi nostri dati a incompetenti . Andasse fallito sto Cotral almeno finisce la storia e basta in qualche altro modo si fara.
All negative apart from those who drive the buses x the rest nisba. But what are people in the office doing if they can't explain to a paying user even if they reply annoyed that they have to go to eat and instead I didn't eat today to run to pick up my daughter who stayed at school for the missed race . All this summer and passed on time and there was no school now that there is no school .... good money our data to incompetent. If it went unsuccessful I'm Cotral at least the story ends and it will be done in some other way.
