★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco perchè tengono aperto ancora questo ufficio che sicuramente costerà alla regione qualche soldino. I soli 2 giorni alla settimana che dovrebbero rispondere al telefono (martedì e giovedì dalle 15.30 alle 17.00, orario durissimo) non rispondono mai al telefono; inviata una richiesta iscrizione al ROC con raccomandata A/R circa un mese fa con relativa marca da bollo e ad oggi ancora nulla. Ci sono volute forse 2 settimane affinchè qualcuno ritirasse solo la raccomandata perchè il postino non trovava nessuno. Ridicoli.
I do not understand why they still keep this office open which will surely cost some money to the region. The only 2 days a week that should answer the phone (Tuesday and Thursday from 15.30 to 17.00, very hard time) never answer the phone; sent a request for registration with the ROC with registered A / R about a month ago with the relative stamp and to date still nothing. It took maybe 2 weeks for someone to withdraw only the registered letter because the postman could not find anyone. Ridiculous.
