★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto soddisfatto del loro operato per Conciliazione con operatore telefonico Tim Spa, finalmente dopo circa un anno con tentativi fatti con reclami, raccomandata, fax, pec, per fare osservare le condizioni contratto nuova utenza telefonica sottoscritto in offerta web online, solo tramite il Corecom di Napoli sono riuscito ad ottenere euro 150,00 di sconti non applicati da TIM spa per comportamento operatore 187 che stranamente non mi ha compreso, e mi ha annullato offerta scontata, dimostrando con documentazione e grazie all' intervento del Corecom con avvocati competenti e professionali sono riuscito a recuperare lo sconto che non mi veniva più riconosciuto da TIM spa. Un mio consiglio per utenti abbonati, se operatori telefonici non rispettano condizioni contrattuali aprite un tentativo istanza di conciliazione su sito Agcom Conciliaweb, basta registrarsi e caricare prove documentali, dopo alcuni mesi sarete sicuramente soddisfatti in sede di conciliazione, udienza che può essere fatta in audioconferenza con chiamata telefonica o in videoconfernza con webcam, in base a tipo udienza.

Le attese sono lunghe per arrivare all'incontro di conciliazione, e, maggiormente lunghe sono le attese per aspettare che venga fissato l'incontro tra le parti e il conciliatore. Dall'inoltro dell'istanza all'incontro, possono passare anche 4 mesi. Il servizio di vigilanza è pessimo, così come il servizio accoglienza.
