Se non entrate con i tacchi e l'aria da super vip non vi guardano nemmeno in faccia, ho voluto dare una seconda occasione a questo negozio/outlet ma non ci torneró mai piú.
Per chiedere aiuto a una commessa ho dovuto chiamarla 3 volte (e non era impegnata con altre clienti) mi ha servita con malavoglia guardandomi da capo a piedi... perdonatemi ma io portando i tacchi tutta la settimana il sabato faccio shopping in tuta e non me ne vergogno!!! Non capisco quale sia la politica aziendale poiché la stessa commessa finito di servire me ha accolto una cliente con molta piu gentilezza. Ho la passione per le scarpe e sinceramente ho girato in diversi negozi (anche di lusso) ma non mi sono mai sentita fuori luogo come al cocama.

If you don't come in with the heels and the air as a super VIP you don't even look in the face, I wanted to give this store / outlet a second chance but I'll never go back.
To ask for help from a saleswoman I had to call her 3 times (and she was not busy with other customers) she served me reluctantly looking at me from head to toe ... forgive me but taking my heels all week on Saturday I do shopping in overalls and not I'm ashamed of it !!! I don't understand what the company policy is because the same job order finished serving me welcomed a client with much more kindness. I have a passion for shoes and honestly I shot in different stores (even luxury) but I never felt out of place like at cocama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio con merce stupenda ed un ottimo prezzo. Unico neo le commesse che appena entri ti squadrano dalla testa ai piedi e hanno un atteggiamento velatamente scocciato, per il resto consigliatissimo!!!
Shop with great merchandise and a great price. The only drawback the orders that as soon as you enter look at you from head to toe and have a veiled attitude annoyed, otherwise highly recommended !!!
