Mi HA detto la “segretaria” che mi avrebbero richiamata ma a distanza di 2 mesi ancora sto aspettando. Ho pagato una tessera per essere maggiormente tutelata e poi non ho mai avuto il servizio. Ma credo che il problema principale sta proprio nella segreteria perché poi 1 volta che riesci a parlare con le persone competenti sono gentili e preparate...il problema è arrivarci a loro ! sconsigliatissimo! I called for 1 month and with no results just to get some information! The "secretary" told me they would call me back but after 2 months I am still waiting. I paid for a card to be better protected and then I never had the service. But I think the main problem lies in the secretariat because then 1 time you can speak to the competent people they are kind and prepared ... the problem is getting there!

La signora all'ingresso sempre molto cordiale e scrupolosa nel far rispettare le regole anticovid, le due persone che si sono occupate della pratica, Tiziana e Michela, lo hanno fatto con estrema professionalità, disponibilità, pazienza ed empatia, tutte qualità che aiutano ad affrontare serenamente la burocrazia della pratica in questione e che purtroppo sono molto rare. I land there for a practice with the Italian post office. The lady at the entrance always very friendly and scrupulous in enforcing the anticovid rules, the two people who took care of the practice, Tiziana and Michela, did it with extreme professionalism, availability, patience and empathy, all qualities that help to deal with calmly the bureaucracy of the practice in question and which unfortunately are very rare.
