★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' dal 10 di Luglio che cerco consulenza presso il CNA, giorno in cui mi sono recato in ufficio e ho chiesto di prendere un appuntamento con chi avrebbe dovuto gestire la mia apertura attività.
Mi è stato detto di dover parlare con una certa Federica ma di richiamare dopo il 20 perché sotto dichiarazione dei redditi (ma tu pensa ... mai sentito che uno studio non tratta con il pubblico perché sotto dichiarazione dei redditi!).
Fatto quanto richiesto dal CNA senza discutere!
Dal 20 al 22 di luglio ho chiamato tutti i giorni per sentirmi rispondere che sarei stato richiamato sempre da questa Federica in giornata (ha per caso chiamato te? Me, no di certo!).
Il 23 luglio sono andato di nuovo di persona in ufficio chiedendo di poter parlare con qualcuno (anche un'altra persona perché non considero necessario parlare solo con sta Federica) e mi è stato risposto che sono pieni per le dichiarazioni dei redditi (di nuovo... ma pensa te! Ma cosa usano per fare le dichiarazioni? L'ABACO) e mi hanno dato appuntamento per il 1 di settembre.
Servizio: PENOSO!

I have been looking for advice at CNA since 10 July, the day I went to the office and asked to make an appointment with who should have managed my business.
I was told to speak to a certain Federica but to call back after 20 because under tax return (but you think ... never heard that a study does not deal with the public because under tax return!).
Done what requested by the CNA without discussing!
From 20 to 22 of July I called every day to be told that I would always be called back by this Federica during the day (did she call you? Me, certainly not!).
On July 23rd I went to the office again in person asking to be able to speak with someone (also another person because I do not consider it necessary to speak only with Federica) and I was told that they are full for the tax returns (again. .. but think about you! But what do they use to make the statements? ABACO) and they gave me an appointment for the 1st of September.
Service: PENOUS!
Communication with the public: UNDER ZERO
