V	Valeria Travaglione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro disorganizzato superficiale e incompetente, dopo mesi di attesa x 1 coronarotac x 1 xsona di 83 anni, dp aver fatto fare 1 cura preveniva, dp aver fatto 1 serie di esami richiesti da loro, dp aver digiunato e dp aver atteso x ben 3 ore in 1 sala stracolma di gente....al mio turno mi comunicano che nn è possibile x mio padre effettuare qst esame in una struttura privata.......siete veramente assurdi e superficiali...... Superficial and incompetent disorganized center, after months of waiting x 1 coronarotac x 1 x 83 years old person, after having had 1 preventive treatment, after having done 1 series of tests requested by them, after having fasted and after having waited for a good 3 hours in 1 room full of people .... on my turn they tell me that it is not possible for my father to carry out this exam in a private facility ....... you are really absurd and superficial ......

Tenuti al freddo e ammassati su un marciapiede di appena un metro. L'impiegata al desk con brutti modi diceva alle persone di farsi dietro per evitare che si aprisse la porta ma ciò significava mettersi in strada. La data di referto pronto non é stata rispettata, inutile provare a chiamare, nessuno risponde. Cattiva organizzazione e gestione. Scorrettezza nei confronti dei pazienti che li scelgono. Oggi mi richiamano e me lo rimandano al 3 marzo adducendo come motivazione che la domenica non fanno più analisi. Appuntamento annullato I book a resonance on January 17th and it is set for January 30th. Yesterday I call to confirm the appointment and they confirm it for me. I	Irina Saturno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo questo centro non funziona più come una volta, ho avuto 2 esperienze negative che mi ha portato alla conclusione che non ci andrò più. La prima è stata la visita al cuore, quel giorno il dottore era in riunione l'attesa è stata di circa 2 ore. La seconda esperienza negativa che mi è capitata, dovevo fare un prelievo venoso, siccome potevo andarci solo di sabato chiamo per chiedere se l'orario fosse lo stesso del resto dei giorni della settimana ma al primo squillo cade la comunicazione quindi deduco che staccano la chiamata, dopo vari tentativi mi reco di persona e mi dicono che l'orario è lo stesso, ossia dalle 07:00 alle 12:00 Arrivo sabato mattina verso le 09:00 e il signore che distribuisce i numeri mi caccia dicendo che sarei dovuta arrivare entro le 09:00 gli spiego che il pomeriggio precente ero andata a chiedere e che mi avevano detto che l'orario fosse quello di tutti i giorni ma lui mi dice "No torna lunedi" Unfortunately this center no longer works as it once did, I had 2 negative experiences which led me to the conclusion that I will not go there anymore.
