★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile da contattare... più di un mese a cercare tramite email e telefono poichè interessata ad un immobile ma non risponde mai nessuno... non so come si possa vendere o acquistare casa così
 Impossible to contact ... more than a month to search by email and phone as she is interested in a property but nobody ever answers ... I don't know how you can sell or buy a house like this

Ho avuto una brutta esperienza con questa agenzia il giorno 25-08-2020
Dopo aver fissato l'appuntamento per visionare un'ufficio in affitto, io con la mia collega insegnate e sua figlia, incontriamo l'agente, sig. Morelli, si è presentato senza la chiave giusta e tentava di mostrarci un altro locale simile nello stesso stabile, al quale noi non eravamo interessate. dopo di questo l'agente ci ha comunicato che sarebbe andato a prendere le chiavi giuste in agenzia.lo abbiamo aspettato per 40 minuti per strada, ci siamo sentiti telefonicamente per 2 volte informandoci che stava arrivando. dopo questo lasso di tempo ci chiama riferendoci che era vicino, ma non ha trovato la chiave e alla nostra risposta che questo non è professionale e potevamo evitare di aspettarlo cosi tanto inizia ad urlarci al telefono buttando giù.

After making an appointment to view a rented office, I with my teacher colleague and her daughter meet the agent, Mr. Morelli, he showed up without the right key and tried to show us another similar place in the same building, in which we were not interested. after this the agent informed us that he would go to get the right keys in the agency.we waited for 40 minutes on the street, we heard by phone twice informing us that he was coming. after this lapse of time he calls us telling us that he was close, but he did not find the key and to our answer that this is not professional and we could avoid waiting for him so long he starts yelling at us on the phone throwing him down.
