★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tralasciando che la palestra è eccezionale, sia a livello di macchinari che attrezzi, ma gli istruttori sono super competenti, super disponibili e pronti a seguire ogni singolo atleta al meglio! Se siete appassionati di fitness-bodybuilding e volete fare vero culturismo, questa è la palestra che fa per voi?
Leaving aside that the gym is exceptional, both in terms of machinery and tools, but the instructors are super competent, super helpful and ready to follow every single athlete at their best! If you are passionate about fitness-bodybuilding and you want to do real bodybuilding, this is the gym for you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che sono un paratleta in carrozzina trovandomi sovente per vacanze estive lungo il litorale calabrese, ho necessità di fruire di una palestra accessibile. La suddetta dispone di ingresso fronte strada con un gradino, ampi spazii interni che permetto una facile mobilità anche in carrozzina e visto il periodo il doveroso distanziamento sociale. Attrezzi buoni e ben tenuti, sono presenti due powerack per chi come me è amante del corpo libero o funzionale. Bagni e spogliatoi ampi fruibili anche in carrozzina in alcune limitate ma essenziali cose.
Personale attento a seguire gli avventori, nella fattispecie Antonio che con occhio vigile e anni di studi sulle dinamiche delle attività di fitness e bodybuilding, risulta fondamentale per una corretta esecuzione dell'esercizio, (testato dal sottoscritto che non a caso Pluricampione italiano di Parapowerlifting ha scelto questa palestra per gli allenamenti estivi)... non aggiungerei altro ... solo un invito a provare, una delle migliori se non la migliore palestra del Sud Tirreno. Ad maiora semper
Given that I am a parathlete in a wheelchair and often find myself for summer holidays along the Calabrian coast, I need to use an accessible gym. The aforementioned has an entrance facing the street with a step, large internal spaces that allow easy mobility even in a wheelchair and given the necessary social distancing. Good and well-kept tools, there are two poweracks for those like me who love the free or functional body. Large bathrooms and changing rooms that can also be used in a wheelchair in some limited but essential things.
Staff attentive to follow the patrons, in this case Antonio who with a watchful eye and years of studies on the dynamics of fitness and bodybuilding activities, is fundamental for a correct execution of the exercise, (tested by myself that it is no coincidence that the Italian Parapowerlifting Pluricampione has chose this gym for summer training) ... I would not add anything else ... just an invitation to try, one of the best if not the best gym in the South Tyrrhenian. Ad maiora semper
