Il personale è sempre gentile, efficiente e puntuale. I costi sono ragionevoli e l'orologeria è altamente raccomandabile. Very courteous and obviously prepared and passionate about their work, they punctually respected times and costs for a complete overhaul of a watch for which they are the official assistance, providing a 24-month guarantee on operation. Ho parlato con Alessandro Salucci che ha risolto il mio piccolo problema di ammaccatura, dandomi preziosi consigli sull'articolo e sugli orologi in generale! Mi ha anche aiutato con il Breitling al polso, controllandone il movimento. Assolutamente consigliato: professionalità, disponibilità e grandissima passione per gli orologi! The warranty was still valid but at Rinascente they told me that it will take about TWO weeks to change a simple battery (they have to sent my watch to Milano!?!? LOL :)))). So I start walking around in the search of honesty and pure service. It costed me only 6 EUR and less than 5 minutes! Thank you so very much! You are the best in Rome!
