Ordered online € 100 of brass fittings they sent them to me (cost € 15) without the slightest packaging. All arrived marked. Not even newspaper. Well customer service, very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si fanno spedizioni per ordini inferiori a 50 euro, bastava scriverlo subito senza far perdere tempo ad iscriversi a fare l'ordine e poi dirti che devi ritirare i pezzi in capo al mondo. Non funziona così.

Peccato che nella descrizione non fosse riportato che le sfere galleggianti non sono incluse perchè altrimenti le avrei ordinate subito insieme ai rubinetti senza così dover perdere ulteriore tempo ...
I ordered two float taps over the internet which arrived well and quickly packed. Too bad that the description did not indicate that the floating spheres are not included because otherwise I would have ordered them immediately together with the taps without having to waste any more time ...

Mentre da precedente telefonata un dipendente rassicurava che il bonifico era stato già
contabilizzato sul loro conto corrente e che avrebbero spedito quanto da noi ordinato .
