Adesso dico io , si puo' trattare la gente in questo modo ? Direi poco professionale pur sapendo che il vostro dovere è di dare il risultato entro 48 ore ma vi aggiorno che per i prossimi risultati come dice in ns caro Governatore DE LUCA al massimo 12 ore attrezzatevi, mi dispiace scrivere queste parole perché avete una bella struttura ma non organizzata buona serata. Per non parlare della ragazzina infermiera, sprucida e maleducata, per chiederle se il tampone spettasse a lei (essendo che in ospedale lo svolge un dottore) si è rivolta in modo sgarbatissimo, cacciando il mio accompagnatore fuori e sbattendo la porta, che dire … educazione ai massimi livelli. Di certo non tornerò ne faró una buona pubblicità. What can I say ... Comunque è da stamattina che provo a chiamare,per chiedere spiegazioni, lasciando il cellulare in chiamata per 10 minuti alla volta.....ma niente da fare. Tre stelle sono già troppe. Chi vuole può prendere appuntamento comodamente da casa mediante il loro sito internet. Si prenota il giorno e l'orario e sono davvero precisi, uno scarto massimo di 5 minuti. Il laboratorio è ordinato e pulito in ogni sua parte. Un ampio parcheggio comodamente accessibile. Peccato solo per il luogo un po' fuori portata da chi non ha un automobile. Il personale è gentile, cortese e disponibile. Dulcis in fundo: i risultati dei test possono essere scaricati dalla rete. An excellent clinical analysis center.
