Una mattina il mio micetto si e' sentito male, e mia mamma lo ha portato in questa clinica dove era registrato.
Arrivata viene trattata con freddezza e poco tatto.
Una volta visitato gli viene diagnosticato un virus che, purtroppo, può essere letale per i cuccioli.
Il piccolo viene ricoverato e il giorno dopo muore.
Appena ricevuta la chiamata ci siamo recati alla clinica, dove veniamo trattati con freddezza (di nuovi) e poca professionalità.
Non raccomando questa clinica.
Gli animali per molti sono parte della famiglia e, specie in queste situazioni, un sorriso, tatto e gentilezza non guasterebbero; cose che in questa clinica, purtroppo, non esistono assolutamente.

One morning my kitten felt bad, and my mom took him to this clinic where he was registered.
Arrived, she is treated with coldness and little touch.
Once visited, he is diagnosed with a virus which, unfortunately, can be lethal for puppies.
The little boy is hospitalized and dies the next day.
As soon as we received the call we went to the clinic, where we are treated with coldness (new ones) and lack of professionalism.
I don't recommend this clinic.
Animals for many are part of the family and, especially in these situations, a smile, tact and kindness would not hurt; things that in this clinic, unfortunately, do not exist at all.

Visita veloce ma costo di €0 (zero).
Sarebbe bastato prendere lo stetoscopio ecc... , perdere inutilmente altri 3/4 minuti e via a una quarantina di euro...
Onesto.
Professionale.
Dr. Velasco visited my 6 year old Boxer. Excluding severe tail problems.
Quick visit but cost € 0 (zero).
It would have been enough to take the stethoscope etc ..., unnecessarily waste another 3/4 minutes and away for about forty euros ...

Wonderful, capable, kind people with an empathy towards the customer and the unique animal. Clinic with state-of-the-art equipment for surgical interventions. Great professionals, very competent. I have been indebted to them for twenty years, I can only recommend them.
