Personale del front office cordiale e disponibile (ho assistito ad una scena in cui avrei perso le staffe dopo 3 min., loro invece hanno portato a casa un gran risultato). Dei medici che dire ... non ci sono parole per descrivere l'enorme professionalità e competenza. Un grazie particolare alla migliore Anestesista al mondo (che ovviamente consiglio) Dott.sa Cerasoli ed alla Chirurga Dott.sa Mastromattei. Un grazie doveroso va anche al Dott. Gaspari che per 3 pelosi diversi oramai è parte integrante della famiglia!!! On January 18th I brought my little Cleo for sterilization. Front office staff friendly and helpful (I witnessed a scene in which I would have lost my temper after 3 min., Instead they brought home a great result). Doctors what to say ... there are no words to describe the enormous professionalism and competence. Special thanks to the best anesthesiologist in the world (which I obviously recommend) Dr. Cerasoli and the surgeon Dr. Mastromattei. A dutiful thanks also goes to Dr. Gaspari who for 3 different hairy is now an integral part of the family !!!

Sono molto accomodanti sia con gli animali che con i padroni. Da quando vengo qui, la mia piccola Lana è felice di andare dal veterinario, non era mai successo. They saved my dog from a nasty pyometra infection. If she's fine now and I can still pamper her, it's only thanks to them. They are very accommodating to both animals and owners. Since coming here, my little Lana is happy to go to the vet, it has never happened before.

F	Flor Hermoza Primavera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impuntuali,se avete fretta non dovete prenottare ma dire che avete un emergenza, perché se non rischi di aspettare 2 ore nonostante la tua prenotazione( che vale zero per Loro ),recepción pessima con i clienti. Allora volevo prenottare per 18:30 perché lavoro tutto il giorno. E la recepción non ha accetato, o 18 o 19 diceva. Poi sono arrivata 10 min prima delle 18 perche avevo la prenottazione, e dopo 30 min di aspettare ho chiesto ad una signora che aspettava prima di me,ed infatti anche Lei aspettava da 30 min ,motivo : cera una emergenza di un altro cane, allora ho aspettato quasi un ora,con la signora appena entrata ed io che dovevo aspettare sólo Dio sa quanto ancora di piu, ci siamo dovuti andare perche era per me troppo tardi,ho dovuto ritornare a casa ,nemmeno una spiegazione da parte della recepción (d'altronde che si puo aspettare di una attenzione pessima? ) Anche se mi pagassero non ritornarei mai piu in questa veterinaria. Fate voi. Eccome si sono REALE , Prenottazione : signora Ventura alle 18: 00 ,giorno : 18 -03-22. .prima volta che andavo da voi,perche la mia dottoresa di via dei meli si é ammalata,quindi prima volta con voi, e recepción pessima ,impuntuali,cattiva immagine vi sta offrendo. Va be. Pace. Impunctual, if you are in a hurry you don't have to book but say that you have an emergency, because if you don't risk waiting 2 hours despite your reservation (which is worth zero for them), bad reception with customers. So I wanted to book for 6:30 pm because I work all day. And the recepción did not accept, or 18 or 19 it said. Then I arrived 10 minutes before 6pm because I had the reservation, and after 30 minutes of waiting I asked a lady who was waiting before me, and in fact she too had been waiting for 30 minutes, reason: there was an emergency of another dog, then I waited almost an hour, with the lady just entered and I had to wait only God knows how much longer, we had to go because it was too late for me, I had to go home, not even an explanation from the reception (d 'besides what can you expect a bad attention?) Even if they paid me I would never go back to this vet. You do. And how REAL you are, Reservation: Mrs. Ventura at 18: 00, day: 18 -03-22. .first time I went to you, because my doctor in via dei meli got sick, so first time with you, and bad reception, impuntuous, bad image is offering you.
