Everyone who works here is very friendly and they always have time for you to stop by. Luisa is always very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She has helped me through many different situations including preparing my cats for a long move to another country. She also speaks Italian, German, and English very well so if you are a tourist on holiday or an American living here temporarily, I highly suggest you come here. If I could rate this place with 100 stars, I would do it immediately.
