Il Dottor Luigi Amato ed il suo staff sempre professionali e disponibili! Il meglio che si possa chiedere. Despite living in Northwest Rome, Animal Hospital has now become the reference point for my bulldogs. Doctor Luigi Amato and his staff always professional and available! The best you could ask for.
C	Claudio Cecili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio cane MACCHIA che è stato attaccato da 3 /4 cane pastori praticamente è stato ridotto malissimo pensavo che non ce la avrebbe fatta , portato in clinica dal dottore Luigi Amato subito pronti a prestare le cure dovute con operazione di 3 ore il mio cane è fuori pericolo... Grazie alla equipe del dott.amato .Adesso MACCHIA è in via di guarigione e pronto a correre . Ottima clinica la consigliò I brought my dog MACCHIA which was attacked by 3/4 shepherds dog was practically reduced very badly I thought he would not have made it, brought to the clinic by doctor Luigi Amato immediately ready to provide the due care with 3 hour operation my dog is out of danger ... Non si lascia attendere costantemente un cliente in stanza mentre si è in visita perché si va a fare altro. Non si lascia un cane chiuso in una gabbia dopo un intervento per ore e andarlo a riprendere all'orario da voi comunicatomi, tutto bagnato e sporco di urina. Non si danno appuntamenti senza rispettarli ( è accaduto 2 volte almeno). Ancor più per un cane malato con tutte le difficoltà annesse. ecc. ecc... Al titolare: Non ci si relaziona con chi le porta lavoro e soldi come se stesse facendo una concessione o un favore. Io ho sempre pagato e non ho sospesi economici con voi! Vi siete ben adeguati alle modalità della Clinica di Velletri. P.S. solo ora scopro della sua risposta. La sua minaccia di agire nelle sedi competenti non mi scalfisce proprio. Non ho offeso nessuno ed ho solo espresso la mia pessima esperienza con lei in particolare. Fortunatamente non esiste solo lei come veterinario in zona. Saluti. Avendo dei problemi delicati di salute che sono stati snobbati in passato da altri veterinari, posso dire che il dottor Amato è un professionista più unico che raro! Ci assiste da quasi tre anni con controlli mensili, in maniera eccelsa e scrupolosa! In poche righe di una recensione è difficile spiegare l’immenso e perfetto lavoro che svolge ogni giorno con noi e con tanti pazienti, posso dire però che per quanto mi riguarda è il miglior veterinario che abbia mai conosciuto, ed espertissimo di brachicefali, cosa non scontata e non da poco! GIGIO , il nostro griffoncino meticcio, aveva una ernia calcificata grossa e messa in modo nascosto che occludeva all'80% il canale midollare. Camminava poco con grande sofferenza. Dopo un intervento chirurgico piuttosto complicato dalla profondità dell'ernia, il dott Amato è riuscito a toglierla tutta. Ora Gigio cammina, anzi, a 7gg dall'intervento, vorrebbe pure correre. Il dott Amato è un bravissimo chirurgo, sempre aggiornato anche sulla microchirurgia. Sia lui che l'equipe sono cordiali e premurosi. Da loro senti che il tuo "figlio pelosetto"è al sicuro. Dopo svariate telefonate ad altre strutture per essere operato il prima possibile finalmente sono riuscita a trovare il dottor Amato che mi ha subito assicurato che lo avrebbe operato subito avendo capito la gravità della situazione. Nella clinica sono tutti cordiali e gentili. Ringrazio infinitamente il dottor Amato perché mi ha aiutato a vivere questa situazione in un modo un po’ più sereno.
