Pertanto la invitiamo a contattare direttamente il collega che ha effettuato l'intervento all'indirizzo email che le ha lasciato. In ogni caso, ci sembra alquanto improbabile che sia stato commesso l'errore da lei indicato, in quanto le placche sono scelte in base a tabelle indicate dall'assicurazione italiana ortopedici veterinari e non a discrezione del singolo. Inoltre i colleghi che hanno effettuato l'intervento sul suo cane, operano in numerose strutture in Italia e all'estero, pertanto di sicuro non commettono errori da improvvisati.Siamo però certi che potranno rispondere a qualsiasi sua domanda o confrontarsi con il collega che ha fatto tali affermazioni.Di certo sarebbe stato utile se lei fosse venuta ai controlli e avesse somministrato al suo cane i farmaci da noi indicati.A distanza di un mese e senza aver effettuato controlli e fasciature sfido chiunque a capire la natura del problema, sempre che ce ne sia uno, poiché la formazione di un callo osseo è normale e necessaria.Peraltro le ricordiamo che ci siamo fatti in quattro per far venire i colleghi il 17 agosto, vista la sua insistenza nel voler intervenire, nonostante la febbre del cane.Nel caso avesse altre obbiezioni, le chiediamo gentilmente di contattare il nostro legale e magari fornire dei referti ufficiali, piuttosto che chiacchiere. Consigliataci come comportamentalista dal nostro veterinario di fiducia (che ringrazieremo) la Dott. Nappi ha ascoltato e capito subito la situazione del nostro bulldog francese (cosa che non è cosi comune come si pensa quando si va dal veterinario) e ci ha guidato e consigliato con molta attenzione , competenza e pazienza, dedicandoci un ora del suo tempo . Peccato che noi abitiamo lontano ma vale sicuramente fare il viaggio!! Assolutamente soddisfatti e , anche se per i nostri amici a quattro zampe saremmo disposti a spendere tutto, il prezzo della visita è stato bassissimo . Too bad we live far away but it is definitely worth the trip !! Absolutely satisfied and, even if for our four-legged friends we would be willing to spend it all, the price of the visit was very low.
