 Called after a year and 2 months for a cystolithotripsy surgery, urology department. What are they doing? They grow fat like their pockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono dovuta andare al pronto soccorso per dolori terribili e successivamente diagnosticati come colica renale e calcolo incuneato nell'uretere. Nonostante la struttura sia fatiscente e da ripulire, posso dire che il personale medico e infermieristico sono stati "eccellenti" . Dott. Giuseppe Ducato, di poche parole ma estremamente attento e competente. Reparto di Urologico diretto dal dottor Leonardo Di Gregorio, ma visitata in piena notte dal suo aiuto dott. Di Gregorio, (nessuna parentela con il primario ha tenuto a specificare!)a lui in particolare vanno i miei complimenti per la chiarezza che ha usato nel farmi capire che se la febbre si fosse alzata sarei dovuta andare di corsa di nuovo in ospedale, non c'era da tergiversare. Peccato che non sappia il suo nome di battesimo.
Complimenti anche ad un'infermiera che parlando con un paziente usava tutta la gentilezza e l'accortezza nel tranquillizzarlo.
Professionalità, competenza, ascolto, buona comunicazione medico paziente, complimenti!!!
I had to go to the emergency room for terrible pain and later diagnosed as renal colic and calculus wedged in the ureter. Although the structure is dilapidated and in need of cleaning, I can say that the medical and nursing staff have been "excellent". Dott. Giuseppe Ducato, of few words but extremely attentive and competent. Department of Urology directed by Dr. Leonardo Di Gregorio, but visited in the middle of the night by his assistant Dr. Di Gregorio, (no kinship with the head physician had to specify!) To him in particular my compliments go for the clarity he used in making me understand that if the fever had risen I would have to rush back to the hospital, not there was to be hesitant. Too bad he doesn't know his first name.
Congratulations also to a nurse who, speaking to a patient, used all her kindness and foresight to calm him down.
Professionalism, competence, listening, good communication doctor-patient, congratulations !!!
