I found myself very well, fantastic, very good and always available. I put the braces on and finally they did a great job with a tooth now gone, making me a tooth as if it were mine !!! Highly recommended ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente da ormai 2/3 anni, Mi è stato rifilato un up selling di trattamento al fluoro (elmex gel da 5€ sugli scaffali coop) come se fosse una questione di vita o di morte.
Alche dopo essermene accorto ho chiamato la segreteria, ho protestato vivamente dicendo che mi ero sentito fregato è che avrebbero perso un cliente con questa scusa, la risposta è stata “come desidera lei” senza la ben che minima cura di tenersi i propri clienti.
Da evitare, le persone non sono persone ma solo numeri da spennare in questo posto.
Ripudio totale lo sconsiglio a tutti.
Anzi tra l’altro ho 13 collaboratori nel mio team e la metá che si serve da loro non ci andrà più.

Customer for 2/3 years now, I was given an up-selling of a fluoride treatment (€ 5 elmex gel on the coop shelves) as if it were a matter of life or death.
After realizing it I called the secretariat, I protested strongly saying that I felt cheated and that they would lose a customer with this excuse, the answer was "as you wish" without the slightest care to keep their customers.
To be avoided, people are not people but just numbers to be plucked in this place.
Total repudiation I do not recommend it to everyone.
Indeed, among other things, I have 13 collaborators in my team and the half that serves them will never go there anymore.
