★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this shop. I brought them my well working phone with only broken screen as the checklist proved it. They gave me my phone back with a more broken black screen. They said “I am sorry I did nothing”. But Apple confirmed they opened the phone and broke it more than it was.
These guys are incompetent and liars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My iPhone battery was draining every couple hours and we were just beginning our holiday in Sicily. We called Clinico iPhone Catania and they explained their process, cost and time to repair if necessary. We met with Angeli who tested the old battery, recommended a replacement and charged us €65 for the service, including a general tune-up. The costs were competitive with an Apple Store in the US-- but without the aggravation of appointments or long wait time. We were out within an hour. Very satisfying experience!

English speaking staff made the experience very smooth, I had a broken battery which was replaced for 30 euros within ten minutes of the problem being diagnosed including a free 90 day warranty. Store was in immaculate condition and all around professional. If you are in Catania and have an issue with your iPhone I highly recommend it. 5 stars ***** :D

Luckily, I came here and they worked to find a solution and saved my phone and my vacation (all my photos were there)! I am super satisfied and happy that they were patient and generous with me. Would definitely recommend!!
