Causa traffico sul raccordo sono arrivata tardi all’appuntamento, a pochi minuti dalla chiusura. La signora Paola si è dimostrata comunque molto comprensiva e disponibile aiutandomi a ritrovare finalmente il sorriso e la fiducia in me stessa. Il prodotto è ottimo, nessuno ha notato la differenza con i miei capelli naturali e io non potevo esserne più contenta. Morale della favola: sono entrata in lacrime per via della inevitabile perdita dei capelli post terapia e sono uscita col sorriso e un’attitudine più positiva. Grazie ancora alla Clinica della Parrucca e alla signora Paola! 5 stars deserved to the shop and to the very kind Mrs. Paola. Due to traffic on the ring road, I arrived late for the appointment, a few minutes after closing. In any case, Ms. Paola proved to be very understanding and helpful, helping me to finally find my smile and self-confidence again. The product is excellent, nobody noticed the difference with my natural hair and I couldn't be happier with it. The moral of the story: I entered tears because of the inevitable post-treatment hair loss and I left with a smile and a more positive attitude. Thanks again to the Wig Clinic and to Mrs. Paola!
