★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tempo medio di attesa per essere visitati è di 30 minuti, oggi mi sono recato per una visita con l'appuntamento confermato 2 volte alle 16:30, verso le 16:40 arriva un altro paziente che aveva l'appuntamento sempre alle 16:30 come me, alle 17 il medico chiama il paziente arrivato con ritardo.
Morale della favola mi sono alzato e me ne sono andato, professionalità 0.
