E si sono resi conto all'ufficio preposto di questo solo perché ho chiesto se i tempi di attesa erano ancora lunghi....!!!
Stavano aspettando l'impegnativa del medico curante che mancava ancora nel fascicolo....!!
Senza parole...
Uno scarica barile ed una disorganizzazione al top, decine di telefonate e quasi due mesi di attesa invano. Questo è quanto!
 After waiting a month and a half for home therapy for my 90-year-old mother, I am told that the referral I brought has been lost .... !!!
And the office in charge realized this only because I asked if the waiting times were still long .... !!!
They were waiting for the referral from the attending physician who was still missing in the file .... !!
Without words...
One unloads a barrel and a disorganization at the top, dozens of phone calls and almost two months of waiting in vain. That's all!
