★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schermo iPhone XR fatto cambiare a luglio, mai andato bene (ghost touch) , chiesta sostituzione negata ( mi hanno proposto la sostituzione a 135€ anziché 180) perché a dire loro lo schermo aveva segni di usura. In realtà lo schermo sembra nuovo appena montato. Customer care ridicolo.
Peccato perché sono disponibili e giovani.

IPhone XR screen changed in July, never went well (ghost touch), requested replacement denied (they offered me the replacement at 135 € instead of 180) because to tell them the screen had signs of wear. In reality, the screen looks like new when it is mounted. Ridiculous customer care.
Too bad because they are available and young.
