I turn to the Cast Polyclinic for almost all visits, I have always had a great time both with the staff and with the doctors who collaborate with them. Professionalism and courtesy are the watchwords in this clinic that satisfies any type of need. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da molti anni io e tutta la mia famiglia ci rivolgiamo al poliambulatorio C.A.S.T e mi sento di ringraziare di cuore in modo particolare il dottor Carlo Ghini per la sua professionalità, la disponibilità, la gentilezza e la pazienza soprattutto nei confronti della mia mamma, affetta da Alzeihmer.
Ringrazio il dottor Bazzarini che tratta con scrupolosa attenzione ogni paziente ed ha saputo essere un punto di riferimento sicuro in una mia seria problematica di salute.
Il personale che risponde al telefono e che accoglie i pazienti è gentile e cerca di soddisfare, nel limite del possibile, le richieste. In questo prolungato periodo di emergenza siamo tutti sotto pressione, ma alla gentilezza si risponde con gentilezza.
Penso che l'unico neo sia la sala d'attesa, a volte troppo affollata.
For many years my whole family and I have been turning to the CAST clinic and I would like to thank Dr. Carlo Ghini from my heart in particular for his professionalism, availability, kindness and patience especially towards my mother, who suffers from Alzeihmer.
I thank Dr. Bazzarini who treats each patient with scrupulous attention and has been able to be a sure point of reference in one of my serious health problems.
The staff who answer the phone and welcome patients are polite and try to satisfy requests as far as possible. In this prolonged period of emergency we are all under pressure, but kindness is responded to with kindness.
I think the only drawback is the waiting room, which is sometimes too crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per fortuna che li ho contattati! Ma prima voglio raccontare la mia disavventura. Ho avuto la sfortuna di ammalarmi di covid fuori regione ( ho residenza in Piemonte) e ho scoperto che la burocrazia per fare aprire e chiudere la pratica di quarantena in questo caso é impressionante, il mio dottore della mutua ha alzato subito le mani dicendo che dovevo contattare dei medici della mutua liguri e con la febbre é meraviglioso elemosinare un' apertura di pratica chiamando numeri di telefono di studi medici a caso nella speranza di essere preso in carico. Il peggiore di questi medici mi ha fatto rispondere dalla sua segretaria invitandomi a salire in macchina e tornare in Piemonte perché aprire la pratica fuori regione " é un casino" ( testuali parole). Secondo questo "dottore" pagato dallo stato (quindi da noi) io dovevo prendere la macchina con quaranta di febbre nonostante fossi già in quarantena in Liguria a tutti gli effetti in quanto a letto e febbricitante. Un esempio eccezionale di moralità e codice deontologico un dottore che mi invita a violare la quarantena perché la procedura " é un casino". Per fortuna ho avuto l'idea di contattare il Cast di Albenga che mi ha aiutato nell'apertura della pratica e nonostante una selva di burocrazia statale (che a due anni dalla pandemia é francamente imbarazzante) mi ha supportato e aiutato ben oltre il dovere lavorativo (anche di domenica!) e alla fine sono riuscito a risolvere un vero incubo grazie al loro intervento e ai preziosi contatti che hanno attivato. Sono stati eccezionali e li ringrazio infinitamente.
Luckily I contacted them! But first I want to tell my misadventure. I had the misfortune of falling ill with covid outside the region (I live in Piedmont) and I discovered that the bureaucracy to open and close the quarantine procedure in this case is impressive, my health care doctor immediately raised his hands saying that I had to contacting the doctors of the Ligurian mutual society and with a fever it is wonderful to beg for an opening of practice by calling the telephone numbers of medical offices at random in the hope of being taken care of. The worst of these doctors made me answer from his secretary inviting me to get in the car and go back to Piedmont because opening the case outside the region "is a mess" (exact words). According to this "doctor" paid by the state (therefore by us) I had to take the car with forty of fever even though I was already in quarantine in Liguria for all intents and purposes as in bed and feverish. An exceptional example of morality and code of ethics is a doctor who invites me to violate the quarantine because the procedure "is a mess". Luckily I had the idea of contacting the Cast of Albenga who helped me in opening the case and despite a forest of state bureaucracy (which two years after the pandemic is frankly embarrassing) supported me and helped me well beyond my work duty. (even on Sunday!) and in the end I managed to solve a real nightmare thanks to their intervention and the precious contacts they have activated. They have been exceptional and I thank them infinitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un momento storico così difficile per la sanità pubblica, volevo fare un complimento al Poliambulatorio Cast, non solo per l'accurata scelta dei medici, che solo il loro nome è già una garanzia, ma soprattutto per lo staff e l'organizzazione dove tutti sono preparati e pronti ad ascoltare per risolvere nel miglior modo e tempo possibile tutti i problemi che gli presentiamo. Sono reperibili a tutte le ore del giorno e tutti i giorni della settimana. Personalmente ho avuto necessità di supporto per risolvere un problema e ho avuto sostegno fuori orario dello studio. In such a difficult historical moment for public health, I wanted to compliment the Cast Polyclinic, not only for the careful choice of doctors, whose name alone is already a guarantee, but above all for the staff and the organization where everyone they are prepared and ready to listen to solve all the problems we present to them in the best possible way and time. They are available at all hours of the day and every day of the week. Personally, I needed support to solve a problem and I had support after office hours. Treasure your humanity.
