Per un mio errore nel bonifico (volevo usufruire delle detrazioni fiscali) mi hanno rimborsato la cifra, permettendomi di eseguire correttamente il bonifico e assecondato le mie richieste relativamente alla consegna. For my mistake in the transfer (I wanted to take advantage of the tax deductions) they refunded me the amount, allowing me to correctly execute the transfer and comply with my requests regarding delivery. A volte si pensa che l'acquisto via web sia freddo e distaccato, con voi non è così!!! È come acquistare dal negozio "storico", veramente complimenti. Non dimenticherò mai quando la VMC non era disponibile e non avete accettato il pagamento fino a quando foste sicuri che ci fosse, oppure che il quadri split aveva un modulo interno con un referto d'aspetto e lo avete sostituito con uno più performante senza chiedermi nulla!!! Consegna con loro mezzo munito di sponda idraulica e transpallets fin dentro casa, nonostante la distanza di circa 50 km, inclusa nel prezzo. FANTASTICO. climatizzatori montati e perfettamente funzionanti tranne uno dei due moduli Wi-Fi, ma son sicuro che mi risolveranno il problema nel migliore dei modi. Grazie
