★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il climatizzatore presso questo centro specializzato ho da subito trovato persone professionali gentili e molto competenti, era doveroso scrivere questa recensione per poter ringraziare pubblicamente il signor Nando e il signor Giovanni due montatori educati ,puntualissimi, precisi,puliti,una coppia organizzata nei minimi dettagli, non era semplice il mio caso eppure sono riusciti a farmi contenta senza creare alcun tipo di problema a nessuno sono rimasta molto molto contenta consiglierei a chiunque di rivolgersi da voi ho trovato il prodotto che cercavo e le mani esperte dei montatori migliori mai trovati fino ad oggi .
I bought the air conditioner at this specialized center I immediately found professional people who were kind and very competent, it was my duty to write this review to be able to publicly thank Mr.Nando and Mr.Giovanni, two polite, punctual, precise, clean fitters, a couple organized to the minimum details, my case was not easy yet they managed to make me happy without creating any kind of problem for anyone I was very very happy I would recommend anyone to contact you I found the product I was looking for and the expert hands of the best fitters ever found up to date .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Attendo da oltre 4 mesi per un climatizzatore. Fatte molteplici visite al negozio e ogni volta mandata via con la promessa di essere ricontattata per il disbrigo pratica. Quando finalmente sembrava tutto pronto, dopo aver chiamato (sempre e solo io) per accertarmi di non fare un ennesimo viaggio a vuoto,mi mandano via perché dei tre (o quattro!) dipendenti presenti nessuno è in grado di fare fattura senza la presenza della titolare. Assurdo. Vergognosi.
Bad. I have been waiting for over 4 months for an air conditioner. Made several visits to the shop and each time sent away with the promise of being contacted for the handling of the file. When finally everything seemed ready, after calling (always and only me) to make sure not to make another empty trip, they send me away because of the three (or four!) Employees present no one is able to make an invoice without the presence of the holder. Absurd. Shameful.

I contacted the Climasolservice company for the purchase of 5 latest generation air conditioners with a 65% bonus. I have received excellent assistance in completing the practice. The technicians who performed the installation were very professional, knowledgeable and polite.

I bought air conditioners with the 65% bonus. They were super professional and fast in handling all the paperwork, and at a low price I bought 3 of the latest generation. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuti per controllare e riparare un condizionatore ma poi hanno cominciato a fare la manutenzione su tutti gli altri senza avvertirmi che sarebbe costato 20€ a condizionatore. Per altro si tratta semplicemente dì 2 minuti a condizionatore, spennellando per levare la polvere. Se ne sono andati facendomi pagare 130€ e promettendomi che sarebbero tornati per sostituire la scheda del condizionatore. Nel pomeriggio mi dicono che è fuori produzione. Ho pagato 130€ per nulla. Una stella perché meno non posso dare.
They came to check and repair one air conditioner but then they started doing maintenance on all the others without warning me that it would cost 20 € per air conditioner. On the other hand it is simply a matter of 2 minutes in the conditioner, brushing to remove the dust. They left, charging me € 130 and promising that they would come back to replace the air conditioner board. In the afternoon they tell me that it is out of production. I paid 130 € for nothing. A star because I can't give less.
