La situazione non era semplice ed è stata gestita in modo molto professionale da parte di tutto il personale. Molta attenzione è stata dedicata alla scelta dei dettagli realizzativi, per arrivare alla configurazione ottimale per la tipologia di appartamento. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono servito di questa azienda per installare una caldaia a condensazione in quanto il preventivo fatto risultava il meno caro rispetto ad altre aziende.La sostituzione della vecchia caldaia doveva essere fatta entro 20 giorni passato quel tempo ho dovuto chiamare più volte per avere l intervento e solo dopo 45 giorni sono venuti i tecnici.Abbastanza scortese la signorina Giulia al telefono che con arroganza mi ha detto di non lamentarmi perché le loro recensioni sono tutte positive..ma la cosa più imbarazzante era il tecnico più anziano che sgridava il suo giovane collega probabilmente inesperto.Sgridava e sopratutto bestemmiava..Insomma,la cosa positiva è stato il prezzo più basso rispetto gli altri ma il resto non mi è piaciuto per niente.
I used this company to install a condensing boiler as the estimate made was the least expensive compared to other companies.The replacement of the old boiler had to be done within 20 days after that time I had to call several times to have the intervention and only after 45 days the technicians came. Quite rude Miss Giulia on the phone who arrogantly told me not to complain because their reviews are all positive .. but the most embarrassing thing was the older technician scolding her young colleague probably inexpert.She scolded and especially cursed .. In short, the positive thing was the lower price than the others but I didn't like the rest at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!!! Pur di vendere una caldaia Buderus sono venuti fino in Carnia garantendo anche l'assistenza e dopo oltre 1 anno comunicano di non essere in grado di fare la manutenzione obbligatoria perché "fuori mano"..... Totalmente non professionali !!!!!!!!
La caldaia era stata venduta garantendo la manutenzione ed assistenza altrimenti non l'avrei comprata da voi. Qui sta la vs. mancanza di professionalità, pur di vendere avete promesso ciò che sapevate già di non poter garantire. Buderus farebbe meglio a togliervi la vendita dei loro prodotti, gli rovinate l'immagine di azienda seria !!!!!
Bad experience !!! In order to sell a Buderus boiler they came up to Carnia also guaranteeing assistance and after more than 1 year they communicate that they are not able to do the mandatory maintenance because they are "out of the way" ..... Totally unprofessional !!!!! !!!
The boiler had been sold guaranteeing maintenance and assistance otherwise I would not have bought it from you. Here lies the vs. lack of professionalism, in order to sell you promised what you already knew you could not guarantee. Buderus would do better to take away the sale of their products, you ruin the image of a serious company !!!!!

Ho fatto vari preventivi in zona e sinceramente quello più ONESTO è stato il loro (prezzi molto esagerati altrove). Complimenti anche al loro rappresentante che è disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze e descrive al meglio tutte le opzioni. Mia moglie ha acquistato invece per l'altra casa una nuova caldaia, due termosifoni e la sostituzione dei termostati. Prezzi veramente concorrenziali, materiale OTTIMO e di QUALITÀ, installazione PULITA e PERFETTA. Complimenti anche agli installatori. Sinceramente ero indeciso, ma i consigli che mi hanno fornito sono stati SINCERI e UTILI. Consiglio l'azienda VIVAMENTE!
I bought a HITACHI 9000BTU air conditioner in my house (they also have DAIKIN). I made several estimates in the area and frankly the most HONEST one was theirs (very exaggerated prices elsewhere). Congratulations also to their representative who is available to meet your needs and best describes all options. My wife bought a new boiler, two radiators and the replacement of the thermostats for the other house. Really competitive prices, EXCELLENT and QUALITY material, CLEAN and PERFECT installation. Congratulations also to the installers. Honestly, I was undecided, but the advice they gave me was TRUE and USEFUL. I HIGHLY recommend the company!
