Chiamo il lunedì, dicendo che ho la caldaia non funzionante e la signora al telefono (già maleducata) mi dice che mi avrebbe fatto sapere quando sarebbe stato disponibile un tecnico. Richiamo nel pomeriggio e mi risponde in modo spocchioso dicendomi che la risposta era la stessa del mattino, che non poteva farci niente e che vedeva se era possibile il giorno dopo. Oggi, alle 18 chiamo e la risposta della signora è stata che non aveva ancora nessuno da mandarmi e che non ero la miglior cliente visto che li avevo chiamati solo due volte... ma cosa vuol dire?? Per avere assistenza devo chiamare ogni mese a pulirmi la caldaia??? Ma scherziamo??? Sono allucinata Really bad assistance! Decido di chiamare perché la caldaia dei miei genitori oramai vecchiotta iniziava ad avere dei problemi e il riscaldamento non funzionava ma l'acqua sanitaria si, interviene il loro incaricato il giorno successivo. Cambia una valvola (30 minuti) 150€ . Va via e la caldaia comincia a perdere acqua da tutte le parti e va in blocco!!!! Ovviamente richiamato l'assistenza che ha inviato il tecnico, interviene chiede altri 40€ per la chiamata e se ne esce dicendo che non c'è nulla da fare e la caldaia è da cambiare!!!! Ma dico io almeno evita di chiedere soldi per la chiamata visto che hai già intascato soldi per un ricambio che non ha risolto il problema, anzi lo ha peggiorato! ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATI!!!!!La ragazza al telefono scortese e non formata minimamente su ciò che accade all'interno dell'azienda che rappresenta quando risponde al telefono. Se potessi darei 0 stelle. Se avessi visto le recensioni prima , non avrei di certo chiamato loro. Totalmente INAFFIDABILI. Total disaster !!!! Dopo 20 gg li richiamo sempre io e non sanno neanche loro se riescono a garantire la revisione entro l’anno. Assumere qualche dipendente in più per il periodo di picco no piuttosto che farsi rincorrere dai clienti e fare queste magre figure? Roba da matti!
