Nel momento in cui abbiamo avuto una necessità più specifica per cui erano necessari 10minuti del loro tempo si sono dimostrati menefreghisti senza nessun briciolo di rispetto per il cliente. customer support inesistente. Operations performed fairly quickly with some doubts. When we had a more specific need for which 10 minutes of their time were needed they proved indifferent without any shred of respect for the customer. customer support does not exist.
N	Nicola Brini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercano di propinarti a tutti i costi l'abbonamento, dopo l'intervento classico di manutenzione biennale ho richiamato il tecnico perché l'acqua dei sanitari era fredda, il tecnico arrogante si è permesso di dire che il termostato era stato da noi modificato e non era vero, quindi lo rimodifica e per 10 min ho sborsato 44 euro peccato che il giorno dopo è ritornato per risistemare lo stesso problema,il tutto impostando le temperature dalla caldaia operazione che poteva fare anche la prima volta ....ho chiesto il rimborso dell intervento ma mi hanno risposto che non era dovuto ....e che non avevo l'abbonamento. Un cliente lhanno perso di sicuro!
