★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema alla caldaia, sono venuti due volte per sistemarlo ma a detta loro l'unica soluzione era cambiarla. Prima di affrontare una spesa del genere ho preferito sentire un'altro, il quale ha risolto il problema con una spesa di poche decine di euro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato qualche giorno fà per aggiustare la caldaia, un pomeriggio intero cambiati tre pezzi ma ancora nulla... arriva il giorno dopo dicendo di aver capito quale fosse il problema, non và neanche cosi.. si inizia ad innervosire e con la sua aria da tuttologo mi inizia a dire a muso duro che lui ha 30 anni di esperienza e non stà a perdere tempo, cosa che ha fatto perdere a me e tutta la famiglia... prende e se ne và.
il giorno dopo chiamo un altro tecnico, questione di 10 minuti e la caldaia viene aggiustata e ritorna in funzione, problema c era dello sporco e doveva solamente essere pulita... 30 anni di esperienza portati male, non l augurerei neanche al mio peggior nemico. Voto 0

the next day I call another technician, a matter of 10 minutes and the boiler is fixed and back in operation, there was a problem with dirt and it just had to be cleaned ... 30 years of badly worn experience, I wouldn't wish it even on my worst enemy . Rating 0
