L	Luca Concilio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero e dico zero professionalità, si presenta a casa un presunto tecnico non ché proprietario del centro assistenza, con un abbigliamento del tutto inadatto per l'incarico, con sciarpettina e mocassino ed esclusivamente un cacciavite come attrezzo da lavoro, e senza neanche aprire la caldaia dall'esterno ( neanche un meccanico ti guarda la macchina con il cofano chiuso) emana la sua sentenza riscontrando un problema totalmente a caso tra i vari possibili, ripeto professionalità e serietà pari a zero, chiamerò altrove. A	Agnese De Biase on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so che dire, ho chiamato il lunedì 21/12/2020 l'assistenza per la caldaia che andava in blocco, il tecnico è venuto il mercoledi 23/12 tardo pomeriggio, dopo aver controllato la caldaia mi dice che è un problema di gas e che devo chiamare l'enel. Ho chiamato la sera stesa l'enel ma purtroppo il problema non era l'erogazione del gas. Alla fine ho trascorso tutte le feste Natalizie dal 21 al 28 al freddo e senza acqua calda. Il 28 poi ho chiamato un altro centro assidtenza il cui tecnico in pochi minuti ha risolto il problema. I called enel that evening but unfortunately the problem was not the gas supply. In the end I spent all the Christmas holidays from 21st to 28th in the cold and without hot water. Then on the 28th I called another assistance center whose technician solved the problem in a few minutes.
