★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non proprio affidabili chiami il tecnico paghi 80 euro SOLO per la chiamata e poi ti dice FORSE è il motorino senza alcona certezza e se poi non è il motorino??? Che faccio si cambiano ad oltranza tutti i pezzi dello split??? E intanto IO PAGO!!!
Not really reliable you call the technician you pay 80 euros ONLY for the call and then he tells you MAYBE it is the moped without some certainty and if it is not the moped ?? What do I do, do I change all the pieces of the split to the bitter end ??? And in the meantime I PAY !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, chiamo per chiedere una telefonata da parte del tecnico, in quanto ho la caldaia e pompa di calore in blocco dicendo che ho un problema urgente. passano più di 24 ore e nulla. Richiamo di nuovo e mi dicono in maniera "ironica" che verrò contattato il prima possibile....a casa siamo senza riscaldamento. Naturalmente mi saltano i nervi......Mi dicono che se non va bene possono rivolgersi ad altri.
