★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per una perdita dal tubo della condensa del condizionatore che passa dentro al muro ed esce all'esterno, una volta spiegato il problema la ragazza mi ha detto che il principale era fuori sede e che mi avrebbe contattato lui per venire a vedere.In realtà,qualche giorno dopo, mi ha richiamato un'altra ragazza che una volta che le ho rispiegato di nuovo il problema mi dice la stessa cosa, ovvero che il principale era fuori sede e che mi avrebbe contattato lui per venire a vedere. Morale della favola è passato più di un mese e non si è fatto più sentire nessuno!!! Mi sono rivolto altrove e in 2 giorni mi hanno risolto il problema. Una cosa è certa, non manderò e tantomeno consiglierò questo posto a nessuno. Se questa la chiamate assistenza e professionalità arrivederci e grazie!!!??
I called for a leak from the condensate pipe of the air conditioner that goes inside the wall and exits outside, once the problem was explained the girl told me that the principal was out of the office and that he would contact me to come and see. actually, a few days later, another girl called me back that once I explained the problem again she said the same thing, that is that the principal was out of the office and that he would contact me to come and see. Moral of the story has passed more than a month and no one has been heard anymore !!! I turned elsewhere and in 2 days they solved the problem. One thing is for sure, I will not send, let alone recommend this place to anyone. If you call this assistance and professionalism goodbye and thank you !!! ??
