La ragazza al centralino, Cristina si chiama se non sbaglio, è stata molto gentile e disponibile e mi ha fissato l' appuntamento a casa il 17 di Agosto addirittura (data difficile visto che quasi tutti sono chiusi)! Il tecnico è arrivato puntuale e ha risolto il problema in poco tempo, spiegandomi il problema (una sonda lambda scollegata) e la sua risoluzione. Un esperienza molto positiva con questa ditta, consiglio assolutamente. Il mio climatizzatore era in garanzia e ovviamente non ho pagato niente. Grazie! The girl at the switchboard, Cristina is called if I'm not mistaken, she was very kind and helpful and she even fixed my appointment at home on August 17th (difficult date since almost everyone is closed)! The technician arrived on time and solved the problem in a short time, explaining the problem (a disconnected lambda probe) and its resolution. A very positive experience with this company, I absolutely recommend. My air conditioner was under warranty and obviously I didn't pay anything. Thank you!

Li ho ricontattati dopo un mese ancora senza risultati, hanno infine chiamato loro a fine agosto per l'intervento. Il tecnico non ha risolto il problema quando è venuto a casa e, senza neanche accendere l'unità interna malfunzionante, ha millantato di dover sostituire una valvola dell'unità esterna. Lavoro per il quale, a suo dire, bisognava svuotare l'intero impianto dal gas, sostituire la valvola, poi ricreare il vuoto e immettere nuovamente il gas per una spesa di circa 480 euro più iva. Ho contattato un altro centro assistenza autorizzato Daikin che ha risolto il problema in un'ora con la spesa di 130 euro iva compresa. La valvola ovviamente non era guasta e tutto il lavoro che era stato proposto da Clima Center era assolutamente inutile. The technician did not solve the problem when he came home and, without even turning on the malfunctioning indoor unit, bragged about having to replace an outdoor unit valve. Work for which, according to him, it was necessary to empty the entire system from gas, replace the valve, then recreate the vacuum and re-enter the gas for an expense of about 480 euros plus VAT. I contacted another Daikin authorized service center that solved the problem in an hour with the cost of 130 euros including VAT. The valve obviously was not broken and all the work that had been proposed by Clima Center was absolutely useless.

Nonostante la mia abitazione sia lontana dalla loro sede sono intervenuti per risolvere il mio problema con prontezza. Consiglio a tutti. Very competent and professional. Always available to solve problems with both telephone and on-site assistance. Although my home is far from their headquarters, they intervened to solve my problem promptly. I recommend to everyone.

Si sono rifiutati di intervenire per effettuare un'intervento in garanzia su un motore Daikin dicendo che non potevano lavorare in sicurezza essendo il motore posizionato all'esterno della ringhiera del terrazzo, questo dopo aver visto solo delle foto. Ho chiamato un tecnico che mi ha consigliato un amico che ha risolto il problema in 10 minuti lavorando sul motore dall'interno del terrazzo. Veramente poco competenti e professionali. Dopo la risposta di Clima Center confermo la loro incompetenza. Sarei stata io la prima a fermare il tecnico se ci fosse stato il minimo rischio per lui nell'effettuare il lavoro. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they create problems instead of solving them. They refused to intervene to carry out a warranty repair on a Daikin motor saying they could not work safely as the motor was positioned outside the balcony railing, this after only seeing photos. I called a technician who recommended a friend who solved the problem in 10 minutes by working on the motor from inside the terrace. Really not very competent and professional. After the reply from Clima Center I confirm their incompetence. I would have been the first to stop the technician if there was the slightest risk to him in doing the job.
